Open Floor Discussions

  1. Golf Tournament Planning Committee and Timeline w/ Roger LaFaye
    5-6 months out for planning; Mid-May time frame; Select a golf course- 49ers Country Club or Sam Enacio potentially; Payment to the course from the entries; Another organizer (Rico) is willing to help us get started with guidance; $20-25K potential for earnings; Roger has a list of golfers willing to participate; Need to organize committees to delegate tasks, get sponsors, obtain raffle items, tee box sponsors, and oversee planning; Tucson Roadrunners, UofA, Cardinals, 30+ businesses are willing to help with raffles; Will need to recruit volunteers for day of operations; Silent auctions, raffles, luncheon, sponsors for holes, goodie bags; 
  2. DCTC Kids & Mini’s Clubs Low registrations as of 1/8/24; Don’t give up! **Chris will make flyers. Cait – get permission to distribute
  3. Vail Pride Day on February 15th Tia has filled out the form and will submit payment. Schedule shifts for coverage at the booth (Tia). Paper crowns, prize wheel, cast members in costume w/ flyers.  **Sat, Nov 2nd Vail Fest.**
  4. Spring Workshop Series- Potential dates/times/location Two week series “Pre-camp”
